DIN FLANGENormally, in industrial applications, flanges are in various shapes and sizes and can be made of a variety of materials. However, the type of material used in the flange has nothing to do with the flange type or size. The flanges produced under the standard requirements set by the German Standardization Association (DIN) are called DIN, divided into DIN2631, DIN2632, DIN2633, DIN2634, DIN2635, DIN2576, DIN2502, DIN2566, DIN 86029, DIN86030, DIN2527.

1. Material (Similarity):

The flanges (DIN standard and ANSI standard) is made of carbon steel, stainless steel as well as alloy steel.

2. Design Pressure (Difference):

The DIN flanges prssure is PN2.5/PN6/PN10/PN16/PN25/PN40

The ANSI flanges pressure is 150LBS/300LBS/400LBS/600LBS/900LBS
